Ms. Medina is a Florida Registered Paralegal with more than 25 years of experience supporting complex domestic and international aviation commercial transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. She possesses extensive knowledge of FAA regulations, aircraft registration requirements, and related federal and international compliance frameworks.
Mrs. Palacio is a Florida Registered Paralegal with over 19 years of experience assisting in aviation transactions. She supports aircraft and engine closings, multi jurisdictional aviation matters, and a wide range of aviation commercial transaction work. Her responsibilities include coordinating transaction documentation, managing closing deliverables, and facilitating communication among clients, lenders, operators, and regulatory authorities.
Mrs. Jarvis serves as the firm’s Accounting Manager overseeing all of the firm’s financial operations. She manages day to day accounting functions, including bank account consolidations and budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, and internal financial controls. Mrs. Jarvis prepares and maintains comprehensive financial records, monitors cash flow, and supports strategic planning through detailed budget development and analysis.

With more than 50 years of legal experience, Mr. Jarvis previously served as Vice President and General Counsel of Batchelor Enterprises—the Miami aviation conglomerate founded by George E. Batchelor, which included one of the largest privately owned fleets of transport‑category aircraft, MRO facilities, and related leasing and financing affiliates.
He has held a commercial pilot certificate for more than five decades, with multi‑engine land, single‑engine land and sea, and instrument ratings, and has extensive hands‑on experience in aircraft inspection, maintenance, overhaul, and repair. His aviation career began in the United States Marine Corps Air Wing, where he served as a decorated Vietnam veteran and combat helicopter crew chief.
Mr. Jarvis earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Biscayne College (now St. Thomas University).
Ms. Medina is a Florida Registered Paralegal with more than 25 years of experience supporting complex domestic and international aviation commercial transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. She possesses extensive knowledge of FAA regulations, aircraft registration requirements, and related federal and international compliance frameworks. Her work includes aircraft and engine acquisitions, leasing, cross border structuring, and ongoing entity management for aviation clients worldwide. Ms. Medina is skilled in overseeing transactions from inception to closing, coordinating documentation, managing regulatory filings, and ensuring that all commercial, technical, and compliance components align seamlessly throughout the lifecycle of each matter.
As Operations Manager, Ms. Medina oversees all aspects of the firm’s internal management and administrative infrastructure. In this role, she supervises the firm’s transactional support functions, accounting processes, billing operations, and day to day administrative workflow.
